Fall Family Photos 2014

Oh how I cherish these pictures.  I know they don't tell the full, honest story of raising a family with 4 kids because we usually aren't this put together and color coordinated (though I do try) and we certainly aren't posed together collectively on a regular basis, but these pictures are so wonderful because even in their posed, put-together form, the personality of each of my kids still shines through.    And, with how quickly time travels by, how fast my kids change and grow, and how depressingly forgetful I'm becoming, I am truly thankful to have these moments captured, these pictures framed, these hair styles remembered, and their pricing blue eyes staring right at me!  

Once a year doesn't even seem like enough to do them.  I am always tempted to say, "maybe the photo shoot isn't necessary!" and then I look back at family pictures from the year prior and I am stunned speechless by how special these images are to me and by how much each child changed.  I know these will grow more and more special as times goes on, so I am thrilled to have these quirky smiles and snuggly shots captured.

I enjoy my husband.  I enjoy my babies.  I enjoy my family.  I PRAISE GOD!
