Life Outside

I am quickly going to run out of titles this summer.  I mean how many different ways can you say, "MY KIDS LOVE BRING OUTSIDE!"

I wish I had my camera with me every moment.  Actually I which I had my video camera with me every moment.  Seriously, these pictures, while being adorable, just don't do them justice.  Life is even more vibrant and fantastic than any of these pictures capture.  There are countless things I could write about everyday.  I would love to document who said what, who did what to whom, what someone had in their mouth, which day we got a record number of splinters, explain how someone got so dirty, tell who got stuck, who got scraped, who fell, who learned something new, who tried so very hard to be calm with someone broke their tower, and all the clever games they come up with.

I don't know exactly what heaven will be like, but I have great hope that I will get to re-live, re-watch, re-laugh, re-enjoy these memories that make up "Hukee-Life".  I hope to see of the ones I missed too!  Here are a few small glimpses into a random day this week!

Bath Time

Spring season is bath season at our house.  These boys get more baths than I can count  They get so dirty.  Check out how dirty McCabes face is!

Zoo

These three boys do everything together and go everywhere together.  They loved our latest trip to the zoo.  It was supposed to be rainy so most people stayed away.  We were one of a few families in the whole place.

The Great Outdoors

My kids cannot get enough of our backyard.  They love our backyard.  Golf has been a favorite activity lately as you can see from the picture below.  They go from the beginning of the backyard to the back of the backyard over and over, hitting it back and forth.  Of course the yard takes a bating.  And my back because I end of lifting the boys over the east, west and south fence when the ball travels to a neighbors yard!

McCabe dressed himself.  He choose his cloths and button and strapped everything.  Where is time going that he can dress himself.  He loves dress shirts and he loves comfy shorts so why not put them together.  Way. Too. Cute.

Brooks tried sooooooooo hard to hit the ball.  These moments are what being a stay at home mom is all about!

And my lady.  She hasn't gotten hit with a golf ball yet.  Or a baseball for that matter.  She is pretty protected in her swing and LOVES it.

Slivers

Luke spent quite a bit of time picking slivers out of McCabe's hand from our swing set.  As painful as it was, McCabe actually fell asleep during it.  How sweet is this picture of Luke, serving the kiddos in more ways than they will ever know!  A parents work doesn't end when they fall asleep!
