Adventure Land is always a fun day! This year was much more enjoyable! I think the ages of the kids, the fact that I did't even look at skinny rides, the mild morning weather and hot afternoon weather for the water park, and much shorter lines all contributed to a great day. The day concluded by leaving at 5:30 and racing across the greater Des Moines area to bring two of our kids to a birthday party at Pump It Up. We were all wipes out, but loaded with a sun tan and many memories.
