Second Season Baseball

It is so fun to play a baseball season with your friends.  Th younger siblings played up with the older siblings and we had a blast in some very hot weather.

As much as we miss him when he leaves, I am so glad that Luke goes on a few guy trips a year for conferences or in this case visiting a fellow Pastor in the hospital.  I begged his to get a pictures of him with the guys.  When he didn't oblige, I have all the wives simultaneously text there respective husbands requesting a picture!  Ha!  It worked.  And I love this picture.  

McCabe's Broken Arm

McCabe broke his arm this May.  He fell off of our swing.  I seriously shocked that he broke his arm. I mean he is the most daring of all the kids but if he didn't fall and break his arm when he climbed on the roof or went on the top beam of the swings then why would he be break his arm on the swing?  

He broke his arm in two places all the way through.  And if this picture wasn't graffic enough wait till you hear that he had to get the bones manually set in place at the ER without being sedated and without Luke in the room.  Poor guy.

The cast came off 4 weeks later on June 7th!

Eliza, Quinn, and Leighton

Dan and Meg Rude went out on a date, and Anna and I watched Quinn. Eliza, Quinn and Leighton were inseperable the whole night. They were all over the place. They did sit still for a water break on the step. It was so much fun
