Fishing at Jester Park
On our last family day, we went to Jester Park to fish. The temperature was about 15 degrees cooler than at house and actually seemed to get colder as the morning progressed. Coupled with the wind and the fact that we were dressed for warm weather, we were pretty cold fisherman! The boys still enjoyed it. We eventually moved away from the Lake and went to a pond there where it seemed warmer.

North Carolina Vacation: SIGHT SEEING, GOLFING, EATING, & LOUNGING
In no particular order, here are the rest of the pictures from Vacation.
We did some sight seeing to a lighthouse and the Wright Brothers Museum!
We ate some good food! As we should have since we were celebrating 3 mothers on Mothers Day, Amber and Brendan's Anniversary, Luke's 30th Birthday, and Hayden's 5th Birthday, and the general celebration of being on vacation.
We mini-golfed a few times. How we managed to talk Leighton out of doing this a few times PER day, I'm still not sure!
We continued our "must-eat-Brendans-recipe-smores" Tradition over some warm grill charcoal. The gooey marshmallow, Dark Chocolate, and Cinnamon Graham Crackers were delicious!
